Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Items being returned must be in new condition.
Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of items covered under warranty.
Please contact customerservice@griptech.com or (603) 621-2657 for a return material authorization number prior to shipping an item back. This authorization number should be referenced on the outside packaging of the item being returned.
Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the item.
